The buyers can view by store or category as per their ease. Each product, service, getaway or offer is featured on ezaars.com for certain time duration or until stocks last. Special promotional mail-marketing communication is sent out the subscriber database so they can avail the produce or service as per their convenience. All purchases need to be made online only on www.ezaars.com using Debit and Credit cards. Seller terms and conditions will be mentioned on the product or service page.

After payment is confirmed, your voucher will appear in your registered email account as well as 'My Account – under My Vouchers' area on ezaars.com. Check your account and print the voucher during or after the deal completes. If you have paid and haven't received your voucher, please check the spam or junk mail folder.

You may print or show a mobile saved version to the merchant at the time of redemption.

Sign-in your ezaars.com account and check in MY ACCOUNT - click on My Vouchers. If you still have not received it, please contact us on [email protected] and we will help you solve the problem.

Refunds will not be given, however if something major has let you down, we’ll do all we can by understanding and thereby validating the situation by liaising with the merchant. If a refund is the only option, Ezaars will refund the net value as store credit.
